For items that are not in stock, you can send us a request for that item. Some of the products in this collection are made of natural and organic materials. Kuba, George cloth, and mud cloth might not be familiar to you, therefore here is some information and care guide.
KUBA CLOTH is made from raffia that is also called grass cloth. Do not dry clean, or machine wash. Fill basin, sink, or put enough cold water in bath tube to cover the garment. Add mild detergent, then place the fabric in water to soak for a few mins (20mins) then swish in the water. Any scrubbing should be gentle and turn the garment inside out. Rinse in cool water, pat with cloth to remove excess water. Lay flat to dry.
MUDCLOTH is an organic handmade fabric that is time consuming to make. Each piece is 100% cotton. It can be machine washed but use special care and place the garment in a lingerie bag and wash in cold water, using the gentle cycle and a mild laundry detergent. Dry flat or hang dry. Mudcloth can also be pressed by using a steam iron.
GEORGE FABRIC is a beautiful and unique fabric, that needs to be handled with care to maintain its look. Because of the design of the fabric each garment made from it will have its own style. Dry clean only and you can keep George garment looking good for a long time by placing it in a garment bag to avoid sagging.
