Payment Method

Smiley Comforts accepts credit/debit cards, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for payment of purchases made through this Site. The cardholder must be the person who places the order. All prices quoted are payable in Canadian Dollars. Taxes included in all prices.

When we receive your order, we will verify your billing address to ensure that it matches the address which you have provided to us. Smiley Comforts does not retain your credit card number following authorization by the financial institution issuing the credit card. We do retain the authorization number for the transaction in case you wish to return the purchase for a credit. 

Credit Card Security

We value your security and privacy with all online transactions. We use Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

Payment plans are available for most of our items. Please contact us with the product info, and we will negotiate a payment plan. 

Returns and Exchanges Policy

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For example, you received an incorrect or defective item. Refunds by Mail, or the refund will be processed back onto the original method of payment used for purchase. Also, Exchanges and Refunds are valid within 30 days from the original shipping date. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by the invoice.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). For hygienic reasons, swimsuit bottoms, one-piece swimsuits, or underpants can not be returned. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Also, you can choose to s
ecurely pack your merchandise, return form or invoice in a box, envelope or bag of your choice. Use original packaging if possible.

Once your package is ready, choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and send to the return address in the package.

We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as Canada Post or UPS. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning, to ensure that the package has been delivered back to our warehouse. Return shipping is not refundable.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We offer discount shipping costs for some items.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. 

Available Worldwide Shipping is standard - flat rate for North America $18. Overseas flat rate $19. Free shipping available for orders over $100 before tax.

Duty or custom taxes may apply in some countries. Shipping cost does not include any possible customs/duties/taxes that might be due, in the shipping cost advertised during check out. If your package is due any fees, it will be billed to you separately from your customs office once it reaches the destination country.

Control of Your User ID and Password

You are responsible for all actions you take with your User ID and Password, including fees charged to your account. Therefore, we recommend that you NOT disclose your User ID or Password to any third parties. If you choose to share your User ID and Password with any third parties you are responsible for all actions taken with your account.

REGISTRATION

Do I need to register before I place an order?
No, you do not need to register before placing an order. You may check out as a Guest and you will have the opportunity to create an account when you are finished your order.

Why should I register with Smiley Comforts?
Registering is fast, free and easy! Here are the benefits:
1. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
2. You can browse, shop and complete your order at a later time. The items that are placed in your Shopping Cart will be saved so when you come back later, you will not have to search for and re-select the items again. Please note: Placing your items in the Shopping Cart does not guarantee the availability of your items at the time of checkout. Items left in the cart are removed every 7 days.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit or debit card: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay,  and Visa-Debit/MasterCard-Debit cards
Please note: Visa-Debit cards should be entered as a Visa Credit card and not an Interac card.

Where can I locate my tracking number?
You can track your order by entering your order number into the By Reference Number tracking area on the delivery carrier's website. The tracking number will be sent to you when the order is shipped.

One of my items was shipped damaged, what do I do?
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

I received my order but an item I ordered does not fit, can I exchange?
Yes, you are welcome to exchange your items. Please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

GIFT CARDS & DISCOUNT VOUCHERS

How do I redeem my Gift Card online?
While in your Shopping Cart, input your gift card number and pin number in the “Coupon/Gift Certificate” Once your balance appears, you can add the gift card to your subtotal. Then, press “Secure Checkout” and proceed with the rest of the check-out process.
Please note: At this time, only the use of 1 gift card per purchase is permitted.
